Commercial Remodels

Westridge Market: commercial remodel in downtown Ojai for a very close friend.  Built in an old Spanish style to match the historic Ojai arcade.  Won Best of Ojai's Building of the Year award.

 

 

The Lavender Inn: remodel of downtown historic landmark.  The original house had one bathroom: a bathroom and balcony were added to each of the five bedrooms and the Ojai Manor look was kept so that it feels like nothing was changed.

 

 

Commercial restrooms with ADA toilets at the CLC Church in Ojai.

This is the first ADA bathroom we've done, we really enjoyed doing the work.  Custom Douglas Fir wood doors.
